Refund Policy

We value your trust and want you to feel confident learning with us. Please review our refund policy carefully.

All new students enjoy a 3-day free trial with no payment required. After the trial, students must pay the course fee to continue. Once payment is made, subsequent refund rules apply.

If you choose to withdraw before starting any paid classes, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.

Once paid classes have begun and you have attended at least one session, refunds are no longer available.

In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver scheduled classes from our end, we will issue a refund, deducting any applicable processing charges.

If you wish to pause your classes, the remaining balance can be applied toward the next month’s lessons. Refunds are not provided in this case, but your credit will remain available.

If the refundable balance is less than the processing costs, no refund will be provided.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@expertqurantutors.org. Refunds will be processed promptly, usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method. Refunds are always issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
